Kevin has a passion for helping people like you live a spiritually connected, emotionally balanced, and physically thriving life. He received a bachelor’s degree in Eastern religion and psychology at Naropa university in 1997 and a Master’s degree in Oriental Medicine from Southwest Acupuncture College in 2001. He completed a two-year continuing education program with Lonny Jarrett, M.Ac. in 2002.

Kevin teaches extensively on Chinese herbology, pulse diagnosis, 5 element acupuncture, and practice management. He focuses on using mindfulness, not will power, to make lifestyle changes and heal chronic health problems.

 

Kevin is a natural teacher and considers education to be an essential dimension of the healing process. He enjoys public speaking and has written a variety of articles on alternative health for various publications. He has also recorded a guided meditation CD that is available on his website.

Dominic Sembello, L.Ac.,

Dominic’s goal and vision is to create a nurturing and safe place where practitioners of all holistic health fields and professions can be inspired and motivated, but also be given the real life tools and systems needed that will allow you to reach your potential professionally, personally, and financially.

Dominic is a board certified acupuncturist and author of  Automatic Practice Success.  He has been practicing acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine since 2001.

He has always believed that the human body has an amazing potential to help itself and if given the right opportunity it can. Having this mindset, he believes that taking a more holistic and natural approach to health is the best thing you can do.  He also have a passion for business but was not interested in just making money, he really wanted to have a career where he could help people and also achieve financial success.  So after graduating from West Chester University in 1997 with a Bachelor’s Degree in the Health Sciences and Sports Medicine field, he went to acupuncture school.  In 2001 he graduated from the Pacific College of Oriental Medicine in San Diego, California. 

While in acupuncture school he had no doubt that acupuncture and Chinese medicine worked, after all it has been around for thousands of years, but he was also very interested in the practice management and business aspect of the profession.  He knew that one of the biggest challenges ahead was going to be showing people how his services were going to help them.  He also realized that in order to have a successful practice you would have to be very organized and methodical about building your practice.  Despite having this knowledge, he struggled when he got out of school.  It was not that he didn’t understand what needed to be done, but he didn’t have the ‘How To’. When he started networking with more experienced acupuncturists most of which had been in practice for three years or more, he realized that they were still struggling to grow their practice.

To make a long story short, over the years Dominic has studied, and attended seminars on business, marketing, advertising, and practice building.  He studied all types of professions and businesses to find out what they all had in common.  He also worked in a very successful and high volume clinic where he was able to contribute his knowledge to help the practice become more successful. 

Which brings us to the present; there is no reason why you should not have the successful practice of your dreams.  It is such a great time to be in the alternative and holistic health care profession. The wonderful skills and knowledge that you possess can truly help people improve their lives!
